Delivery fees are based on location:
- Uvita & Ojochal: $20
- Dominical area: $30
- Pickup in Uvita (Esencia Living): Free
- Pickup in Ojochal (Spaces Work Studios & Storage): Free
Delivery times are scheduled in advance to ensure smooth coordination.
How do I reserve an item?+
A 25% deposit is required to hold your items and confirm your booking. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
Is there a security deposit?+
Yes. A refundable security deposit varies by item, with a minimum of 25% of the rental fee. Your quote will confirm the amount. This is separate from the 25% booking deposit and is due before or at pickup/delivery. It is returned once items are inspected and confirmed in good condition.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept:
- Cash

Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
What happens if items are returned late?+
A $25 late return fee applies if items are not returned at the agreed-upon time. Please communicate in advance if timing adjustments are needed.
What if items are returned unclean?+
A $50 cleaning fee will apply if items are returned excessively dirty or require additional sanitation beyond standard cleaning.
How are the items cleaned?+
All gear is cleaned using non-toxic, all-natural cleaning products — nothing harmful or chemical-heavy. Items are thoroughly sanitized between rentals and stored in a climate-controlled environment, ensuring a mold-free and fresh experience for every family.
